The Yoga Board Wood Trio Pack consists of our 72” X 16” wood yoga board and three (3) IndoFLO cushions that can be placed under the deck, between the rockers, to create additional instability.   Varying the level of inflation of the three IndoFLO cushions also allows for progression or regression based on the user’s level of ability and experience.  This patent pending Indo Board design evolved from the use of Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boards on flat water for practicing yoga. Recognizing the popularity of this "unstable" yoga practice and the inherent problems SUP yoga faces from weather and availability issues, we created a studio/indoor board for training anytime, regardless of the weather or access to a body of water.
