INDO BOARD Return Policy

At INDO BOARD Balance Trainer, we strive for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects or damage as a result of shipping. If you are not completely satisfied with an item it must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.

To file a damage claim, defective merchandise claim or to request a return, you may use the form below, or call our office at (321) 777-6021. Please provide us with your original order number.  Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

Returned items must be shipped back to INDO BOARD with freight prepaid. We recommend that you should return your item(s) via a traceable carrier to ensure return delivery, and pack the product carefully to ensure that it is returned without sustaining damage. Products must be returned in brand new/unused condition. Credit will be given after the product is returned and has passed inspection. If the product is not in brand new and unused condition or has been damaged, you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Please understand that we offer no refunds, credits, or exchanges after 30 days.
