The closest thing to actually being on the Mountain. My off-season training completely changed. I come back to the first session sharper every year.
I use it every morning before work. My balance and core strength have improved more than I expected.
Built like a tank and genuinely fun to use. Worth every penny for the physical therapy benefits alone.
Best training tool I've owned. My rehab progress jumped once I started using it daily.
Pretty much any flat surface. For beginners the Indo Board Carpet is an ideal addition because it slows the roller down a little. Hard surfaces like wood floors or concrete are great too – especially if you are looking for more roller speed.
Like all sports and training tools, the Indo Board takes a small amount of practice for most people and some people get right on the board and go. Like any balance board, there is a risk of falling which means you are using Indo Boards at your own risk. Starting with the Indo Flow Cushion is a good place to start for most people. Our Beginner's Guide is a great way to get started.
