Indo Board has designed several models of balance boards specifically for both snowboard training and ski training. Whether you are just learning or you are an advanced snowboarder or skier, the Indo Board Balance Trainer is the perfect piece of training equipment for everyone. Advance ski racing enthusiasts and snowboarders will both benefit from the balance training and core strengthening that the Indo Board provides. No matter if you ride groomed runs, backcountry or half-pipe the Indo Board is the most versatile and functional snow sports balance training device on the market. Used and endorsed by the U.S. National Ski and Snowboard Team, Indo Boards are the perfect addition to your skiing and snowboarding gear.
The greatest benefit I see from the Indo Board is in my balance and it strengthens the small muscles and stabilizes the joints that are active while snowboarding and climbing. These muscles are hard to target with other exercises. It's really nice to go into the season feeling strong from training on the Indo Board and not need to spend the first month rebuilding and training those muscles.

Is there an Indo Board designed specifically for snowboarders?
The Indo Board Mini Pro Series was designed specifically for snowboarders and is perfect for advanced riders who want loose action so that they can perform tricks like spins, shuv-its, grabs, air drops, and more!. The Mini Pro allows for easy spin transitions that simulate riding switch and rail grinds. The addition of the IndoFLO Gigante Cushion will allow the user to place the cushion under the deck and experience a fluid 360 degree range of motion that exactly simulates rail to rail or heel to toe movement.
What benefits will skiers and snowboarders get from training on an Indo Board?
Training on an Indo Board has been proven in clinical studies to reduce the instance of injury by strengthening the joints in the legs and improving balance. Additionally, the Indo Board forces the rider to engage their core and, when ridden correctly, exhibit the stability and posture that is critical to becoming an advanced skier or snowboarder.
